Work with us
Particularly in our industry, which is difficult in this respect, we attach great importance to a good work-life balance for our team. Individual development, independent work and creative freedom are encouraged.
The working hours of our employees are 35 hours with a 4.5 day week (Tuesday afternoon off). We have decided against night and emergency services to protect our employees. Through digital time recording, any overtime worked is compensated.
With good qualifications, we offer an above-average salary with additional vacation and Christmas bonuses. Furthermore we take over the veterinary chamber contributions of our veterinarians. In case of a long-term good cooperation we offer a profit sharing. Part-time working models can also be implemented.
With us, you'll see a mix of internal medicine and surgery with extensive diagnostics, all the usual soft tissue surgeries and plate osteosynthesis.

Communication and organization
Our strength is good and friendly communication with our customers. Appointment consultation hours allow us to take enough time for each patient for a detailed examination and consultation. Due to a good organization of appointments and operations, the average waiting time of our patients in the waiting room is max. 10 minutes. Each veterinarian is assigned an assistant for the treatment who also looks after the client and patient before and after the treatment.
We attach great importance to good communication skills (in German) and a friendly approach to people and animals. Good cooperation and mutual support and respect in the team are a matter of course for us.
Something else about us
Our veterinarian and practice owner Elisabeth holds the GPCert in Internal Medicine and Surgery and is currently in further training for the GPCert Cardiology. Our veterinarian Johanna is currently training to become a GPCert in Emergency and Intensive Care Medicine. Tzt. Johanna also oversees a steadily growing equine division with a focus on internal medicine and dentistry. If interested, support can also be provided in the equine area.
In the coming years, further expansion of the practice with a new operating room, dental operating room and staff rooms is planned. Also further investment in high-end medical technology and especially the expansion of the surgical area of our practice are on the agenda.
Still in doubt?
If you still doubt whether you want to support our team, here is an unbeatable argument:
